About Our Pack
Welcome to The Ontario Dog Trainer where balanced pack members, Labrador Retrievers – Stobie, Kelvin and Persi, are top notch role models who work with Karen to help you to Take the Lead™ to improve your dog’s behaviour with socialization, and obedience training.
Stobie: Stobie is Karen's 14 year old male yellow lab. Despite his age,
Stobie is energetic and alert — a tribute to the excellent nutrition and supplements that Karen gives
him every day! As the senior pack member, Stobie has a calm energy that helps to relax new boarding school students.
Kelvin: Kelvin is an 8 year old male. He is a second generation certified
therapy dog, following in the 'paw prints' of his dad 'Rummy'
(1994-2005). Kelvin is the "Daddy" of the pack. He travels with Karen to home visits and is
an assistant with group sessions. His balanced energy is a role model for boarding school
students who live with the pack in Karen's home.
Persi is a three year old female,
the lady of our team. She is the 'communicator' of the pack. Persi asserts her leadership role in
a crystal clear way that earns the trust and respect of each doggy student.
