Not much comes with a lifetime follow up guarantee. But that's what Karen offers on your dog's training. The guarantee covers all the training issues that you originally established with Karen when booking your dog.

How is a lifetime guarantee possible?
It's simple. Not many clients ever need to employ Karen's lifetime training guarantee. That's because her training is unusually effective. Plus...it lasts. When Karen returns your happy camper to you, he or she will be relaxed and well behaved. In a 90 minute orientation, Karen will show you how to maintain your dog's excellent behaviour. Along with your dog's graduation portrait and certificate, you will also receive a step-by-step manual to guide you along as you begin your new life with your happy dog. With all of this support, it's highly unlikely you'll experience loss of training.
What if I do experience loss of training?
Just call Karen. Telephone behaviour consultations are free for the life of your dog. It's rare for Karen to receive such a call because her training and orientation are so effective. However, if you do need to call, most issues can be resolved easily on the phone.
What if a phone call doesn't fix my problem?
In the rare event that you are not satisfied with your dog's behaviour following a telephone consultation, you can simply book a no-charge appointment to bring your dog to Karen's facility. Working together, the problem will be resolved ...and at no charge. If you do not have time to come to Karen, she will come to you, although a travel charge will apply.
What if my dog really needs further training after that?
If an in-person appointment does not resolve the issue, simply bring your dog back to Karen's facility and she will work with your dog until the problem is fixed. No training charges will apply. But if your dog stays over night with Karen, a nominal boarding fee will apply on a per night basis. If you don't have time to drop off your dog, Karen will pick him up and deliver him home, although a travel charge will apply.
Will my dog ever misbehave again?
Dogs will be dogs. Remember, they have free will. No form of dog training can guarantee that your dog will never, ever misbehave again. However, Karen's Take the Lead™ approach is effective and long lasting. That is why she is able to guarantee follow up assistance for your dog's lifetime...if you ever need it. Most clients do not.
